Infracorp Unveils Kempinski Harbour Heights

Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, affirmed that the private sector’s continued launch of high-quality real estate projects reflects the resilience of Bahrain’s economy and the strong confidence in the Kingdom’s investment climate. This progress forms part of Bahrain’s ongoing path of growth under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Shaikh Khalid highlighted the government’s commitment to providing a supportive regulatory environment that enables the private sector to serve as a key driver of economic growth and a major contributor to the national economy, particularly in the tourism and real estate sectors.

The remarks were made during the inauguration of Kempinski Harbour Heights Residences, developed by Infracorp and located in the Bahrain Harbour area. The Deputy Prime Minister attended the launch alongside ministers, senior officials, and dignitaries.

Upon arrival, he was received by Hisham Al Rais, Chairman of Infracorp, and company officials. During the visit, Shaikh Khalid reviewed the project’s components, which combine luxury residential living with premium hospitality services. He commended real estate developers for their role in strengthening Bahrain’s tourism and real estate infrastructure, developing waterfront destinations, and delivering modern projects aligned with the Kingdom’s comprehensive development goals.

Shaikh Khalid noted that attracting leading international brands to manage and operate landmark real estate and hospitality projects underscores Bahrain’s competitive position as a regional investment hub and supports government efforts to expand promising non-oil sectors. He wished the project’s team continued success.

Hisham Al Rais praised the ongoing support extended to the private sector by His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He expressed appreciation to the Deputy Prime Minister for attending the inauguration, describing the project as a valuable addition to Bahrain’s tourism and investment landscape. He added that the integrated concept of Kempinski Harbour Heights enhances the Kingdom’s appeal as a preferred destination for living and investment while contributing to the diversification of its tourism and real estate offerings.
