Hilton Hotels in Bahrain Host ‘Careers at Hilton 2025’ — Inspiring Future Talent

The event brought together students from various institutes and universities and was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Interior – Community Affairs, supported by Tamkeen, Injaz, Training Plus, Job + and Bahrain Polytechnic, creating a vibrant platform for learning, exploration, and opportunity. It was attended by several managers across Hilton’s hotels in Bahrain as well as corporate representatives from the region.

Held across the three Hilton properties, the event offered attendees a unique opportunity to experience the world of hospitality first-hand. Students engaged in interactive activities hosted by several functions, including Housekeeping, Front Office, Culinary, and Food & Drinks, gaining valuable insight into each department’s role in delivering Hilton’s world-class guest experience.

One of the highlights was the Travel with Purpose booth, where students were given plants to take home and plant — a symbolic gesture to mark the event and inspire future generations. With its hands-on activities, engaging conversations, and meaningful connections, Careers at Hilton 2025 not only showcased the vibrant workplace culture at Hilton hotels across the Kingdom but also strengthened its position as a great place to work.
