Energy Minister receives MP

Minister of Energy Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received MP Majid Mohsen Al Asfoor and Capital Municipality board member Dr. Abdul Wahid Alnekal.
Dr. Mirza also praised their efforts in bringing to the minister’s attention the needs and problems of people of the capital area.
The meeting was part of Dr. Mirza’s effort to get to know what the citizens wanted and to solve their problems, if any.
During the meeting, Dr. Mirza informed the visitors about the plans and programmes of the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), in particular the road lighting projects in Al Asfoor’s constituency.
He also outlined the periodic maintenance projects carried out in the area and efforts to enhance services for citizens and residents.
EWA Deputy Chief Executive Officer for distribution and customer service Adnan Mohammed Fakhro, was also present during the meeting.
