Bahraini App of ‘happening’
Vitee, a recent mobile application and a kind of ultimate digital invitation card for the most happening events in Bahrain, is getting amazing response from the public.
Vitee was founded in 2014, by a group of youngsters and the idea was to create a social network that could share and keep track of events happening in the region.
For the users, the app helps people explore and research nearby events in real time, from a wide range of categories. Vitee is a one stop shop to create, showcase, promote and sell tickets for events. The Vitee team consists of young and dynamic talents, who are freshly graduated.
“Vitee is about tailoring the experience for our users. From he moment a user signs up, the app notes down their interests (art, music or entertainment) and consecutively recommends event promoters for them to follow - based on their selection,” the developers of the app said. “This customizability is reflected throughout the app, putting users in complete control of the content they receive. This approach has never been done before in event discovery and it works great since most users are already familiar with the mechanics of a social network.”
“We try to cover all categories of events in Bahrain. We want to be diverse so we can cater to the needs of a wide market base. Vitee’s unique selling proposition is that it is not just an events calendar, but an app that intends to create a social network within the events industry,” they added.
