Historical decision praised

Shura Council chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh extended sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, on the decision issued by the Cabinet of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during its session yesterday under the chairmanship of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to raise the level of representation for the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council to be headed by the crown princes of the two brotherly countries.
Al Saleh praised the historical decision, stressing that it reflects distinguished relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples.
He affirmed that the step will lead to further progress and prosperity to achieve the visions of the leaderships.
Representatives Council Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal also extended heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.
Zainal described the step as a culmination of strong and growing fraternal ties binding both countries.
She added it is also a boost to bilateral integration and co-operation thanks to the keenness of HM the King and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to further bolster deep-rooted strategic relations.
She added that the initiative is an advanced step and an added value to the march of cooperation between both countries, mainly in light of the pioneering role and con- tinuous achievements brought about by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defence.
The Speaker noted that boosting the march of coop- eration laid by the Al Khalifa and Al Saud royal families will pave the way for more prosperity and growth to serve the interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
