Family Fun Day at Pakistan School

Manama : Pakistan School Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony and Family Fun Day was held on October 27 and 28 in the Isa Town Campus of the school with spectacular shows and jubilation.   

The celebrations were marked with eye catching and brilliant performance of students that drew a huge audience mostly families of the students of Pakistan School. The two-day event was held to honour the students who achieved positions in the final exams and the Board Exams.

The chief guest was Pakistani Ambassador Javed Malik and the special guest   was Barrister Amjad Malik, Chairman, Overseas Pakistanis. Other guests of honour were MP Abdul Rehman Rashid BuMajid MP, Municipal Council Member Hamad Abdullah Al Dosari and Muhamed Mubarak Alslais, Ministry of Justice, Kingdom of Bahrain.

School Chairman Sami Ur Rehman and acting principal Attiq Ur Rehman and board members welcomed the guests and the dignitaries and elaborated on the strides made by the school in academics, co-curricular and extra curricular activities.  He further summed up the new construction of classrooms and various infrastructure additions in the school in his welcome address.  

Pakistani Ambassador Javed Malik   congratulated the position holders and asked them to keep up their winning streak and make their country, Pakistan proud. The Ambassador praised the management and the school administration for changing the very facet of the school with all-round developments and infrastructure additions, improvement in academics and high results in the exams.

He congratulated the chairman Sami Ur Rehman, acting principal Attiq Ur Rehman, teachers and students for the exemplary work and asked them to move forward to reap optimum results in all areas.  He gave away the prizes and certificates to all the position holders.  On the second day, Parliament Member Dr.Ahmed Abdul Waheed Qarata was the chief guest.  

Muharraq Municipal Council Chairman Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Sinan was the special guest of honour. Other guests of honour who graced the occasion were Ibrahim Jumma Al Hammadi MP, Dr Ali Isa Bufarsan and KHK CEO Mohammed Shahid.  

Teachers were awarded cash prizes and certificates for the excellent results in the examinations. 

There were food stalls, boutiques and kids playing area which catered to the needs of the spectators. This event witnessed the eye-catching and beautiful performance of the students and exhibited their amazing talents. 

The Annual Magazine of the school was also released during the event.
