Zayani win in BCL T20

Manama : Ahmed Zayani defeated Almarai by 20 runs in the BFC sponsored BCL Golden League T20 at the Busaiteen Grounds in 

Muharraq.

Batting first, Ahmed Zayani scored 150 for nine in 20 overs with Sachin (78) and Aneesh (three for 27) and Peter (two for eight) the best of the bowlers.

In reply, Almarai were dismissed for 130 with Anas (27) the main scorer with Rijo (three for 19) the pick of the bowlers.

Elite Cago Unique defeated Fateh Curtain by six wickets after the latter made 132 for six in 20 overs with Anas (47) and Maqsood (42) top scoring and Azhar (two for 29) the best of the bowlers.

In reply, Elite Cargo Unique reached the target in scoring 133 for four in 19.1 overs with Faris (65) and Sachin (22) the top scorers.
