Arab woman jailed for prostitution in Bahrain
Manama : The Lower Criminal Court sentenced an Arab national woman to one year behind bars for commercial sex acts.
According to court files, the accused visited night clubs and discos in Juffair regularly in search of men who were looking to have sex.
She was nabbed in a sting operation following a tip-off to police. She was lured by an undercover agent, who requested to have sex with her for BD250.
The defendant was charged for living on prostitution.
