Indian School Teacher Passes Away in Bahrain

A teacher at The Indian School Bahrain, Bindu Rajesh Pankaj, has passed away while undergoing treatment at Salmaniya Medical Complex.

A native of Kayamkulam in Kerala’s Alappuzha district, Bindu was admitted to the hospital in critical condition after suffering a stroke. She passed away while receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit.

She was predeceased by her husband, the late Raj Pankaj, and is survived by her two children.

Her sudden death has prompted an outpouring of condolences from Bahrain’s expatriate community, The Indian School Bahrain management, colleagues and students.

Official procedures are currently underway to repatriate her mortal remains to her hometown in Kerala.
