SIO Introduces Faster Digital Pension Verification

The Social Insurance Organization has upgraded its service for viewing and printing the “continuity of pension transfer” certificate for retirees and eligible beneficiaries, aligning with ongoing government efforts to enhance service quality and digital transformation.
The improved digital service allows users to instantly issue and print official certificates online through the website without visiting service centres, using the upgraded electronic key (E-Key 2.0). The certificate includes a QR code for verification by relevant authorities.
SIO Chief Executive Sihar Rashid Al Manna’i said the development reflects efforts to simplify procedures, save time and effort, and improve service efficiency. The initiative is part of broader government work that has documented over 1,300 services and redesigned more than 800 to enhance user experience and digital delivery.
