Leaders Programme Explores Capital Markets
The session brought together participants from cohorts 36 and 37 of the programme, offering them insights into capital market development and the role of financial institutions in supporting national economic growth.
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to building strategic partnerships with key sectors in Bahrain, including the financial and banking industries. She said this collaboration helps equip national talent with the skills and tools needed to keep pace with government development initiatives.
She added that aligning modern administrative thinking with investment and financial systems represents a strategic milestone in strengthening leadership capabilities across various sectors.
