PLC Bahrain to Host ‘Connecting People’ Event
The Pravasi Legal Cell (PLC) Bahrain Chapter will organise the seventh edition of its “Connecting People” programme on Friday, June 12, from 7pm to 9pm at the BMC Auditorium in Segaya.
The event will focus on legal awareness, safe migration and labour protection for expatriates and overseas Indians living in Bahrain.
Organisers said the programme will feature interactive discussions with lawyers, legal experts, community leaders and professionals on topics including workers’ rights, responsible recruitment practices, grievance mechanisms and legal remedies.
PLC Bahrain said the initiative aims to strengthen awareness among expatriate communities by providing reliable information and guidance on legal and social issues affecting migrant workers.
Members of the expatriate community, professionals and social organisations have been invited to attend the awareness session.
