Royal meeting at Windsor show

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court and Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, met with King Charles III on the sidelines of the Royal Windsor Horse Show on Friday.

The meeting took place during HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman’s attendance at the event on behalf of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

HH Shaikh Isa conveyed the greetings of HM King Hamad and Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to King Charles III, along with their wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the United Kingdom.

King Charles III, in turn, conveyed his greetings to HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing Bahrain continued development and prosperity.

During the meeting, HH Shaikh Isa highlighted the longstanding relations and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom across various sectors, particularly in horse racing and equestrian sports.

He noted that the support of HM King Hamad and King Charles III has strengthened cooperation in the equestrian sector and contributed to its continued growth.

HH Shaikh Isa also underlined Bahrain’s participation in the Royal Windsor Horse Show, describing it as one of the world’s leading equestrian events that attracts horse riding enthusiasts from across the globe.

On the sidelines of the festival, HH Shaikh Isa toured several events, shows and races, praising the high level of competition and organisation at the show and wishing the organisers continued success.

His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa also attended the event.
