HM King HAMAD Receives Russian Envoy
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain received the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bahrain, Dr. Alexey Skosyrev, at Al-Safriya Palace today.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
His Majesty praised the efforts of Russian President Vladimir Putin in strengthening the historic friendship between Bahrain and Russia. He also welcomed the ambassador and reviewed the progress of bilateral relations, discussing opportunities to expand cooperation in various sectors.
The King wished the ambassador success in carrying out his duties in the Kingdom.
The Russian ambassador expressed his appreciation to His Majesty, highlighting Bahrain’s key role in developing strong and growing ties between the two friendly nations.
