Muharraq Governor Praises Heritage Photographer
The Governor of Muharraq, Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al Mannai, received researcher and photographer Abdullah Al Khan, commending his efforts in documenting the visual history of Bahrain, particularly Muharraq Governorate.
During the meeting, the governor highlighted the importance of such work in preserving cultural heritage and providing valuable resources for students, researchers, and future generations. Al Khan presented his latest work, which focuses on photographing and documenting key heritage sites across Muharraq.
For his part, Abdullah Al Khan expressed his gratitude for the support and facilitation provided by the governorate to researchers and specialists. He noted that the royal directive to redevelop Muharraq has created significant opportunities for documentation and photography, helping preserve the Kingdom’s rich history and pass it on to future generations.
