The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force has announced that its air defense systems continue to successfully counter successive waves of Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain.

According to the statement, a total of 154 missiles and 350 drones have been intercepted and destroyed since the beginning of the attacks, preventing them from reaching their intended targets.

The Command expressed pride in the high level of combat readiness and vigilance demonstrated by its personnel, emphasizing their advanced operational capabilities in safeguarding the Kingdom. It noted that the professionalism and performance of its forces reinforce public confidence in the protection of Bahrain’s airspace.

Authorities have urged the public to exercise maximum caution for their safety, avoid damaged areas and suspicious objects, and refrain from filming military operations or locations where debris has fallen. Citizens and residents are also advised not to spread rumors and to rely only on official sources and government media for accurate updates and warnings.

The Bahrain Defence Force further stated that the use of ballistic missiles and drones to target civilian areas and private property constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law and the Charter of the United Nations. It warned that such indiscriminate attacks pose a direct threat to regional peace and security.
