Bahrain Defence Force Opens New Commando Obstacle Field
The Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) inaugurated a new Commando Obstacle Field at the Marine Infantry Battalion of the Royal Bahrain Naval Forces.
Lieutenant-General Diya’ bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, and Major Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, Marine Infantry Commander, attended the opening, coinciding with the 58th anniversary of the BDF.
The new facility aims to enhance training, improve combat readiness, and prepare personnel to carry out their duties efficiently under all conditions.
Major Sheikh Mohammed praised the continuous support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, and the BDF leadership in developing the force’s capabilities.
