Bahrain Inaugurates Largest Electricity Transfer Station in Jasra
In celebration of Isa Al-Kabeer Year, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, inaugurated the largest electricity transfer station in the history of Bahrain’s national grid development, located in Jasra. The ceremony was held on behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him.
The new station represents a major milestone in strengthening Bahrain’s energy infrastructure. It is expected to enhance electricity transmission across the Kingdom, supporting sustainable development and meeting the growing energy needs of residents and businesses.
Officials highlighted that the project reflects Bahrain’s ongoing commitment to modernizing its power network and ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy for the future.
