Capital Governor Welcomes German Ambassador to Discuss Bilateral Relations

His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, received His Excellency Ambassador Henning Georg Simon, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at the governorate headquarters today.
During the meeting, the Governor welcomed Ambassador Simon and lauded the longstanding and distinguished relations between Bahrain and Germany. He highlighted the continuous growth these ties have witnessed across various sectors, noting that the progress is a direct result of the support and attention provided by the leadership of both friendly nations.
Ambassador Simon expressed his sincere gratitude to the Governor for the warm reception. He reaffirmed Germany’s pride in the deepening friendship and cooperation with the Kingdom, praising the ongoing prosperity achieved through their mutual diplomatic efforts. Both officials concluded the meeting by acknowledging the importance of further strengthening coordination to serve the interests of both countries.
