Northern Governor Discusses Innovative Youth Awareness Initiatives with "Together" Program

His Excellency Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, Governor of the Northern Governorate, held a high-level meeting today with Mr. Ali Amini, Director of the Crime Prevention Department and Director of the "Together" (Ma’an) Program for Combating Violence and Addiction. The meeting, also attended by Deputy Governor Brigadier Abdullah Ali Maantar, focused on launching modernized awareness campaigns specifically designed for the Kingdom’s youth.

During the session, Governor Al Madani commended the Crime Prevention Department’s ongoing contributions to community safety. He highlighted the Governorate’s strategic goal of expanding joint cooperation to implement programs that protect young people and equip them with the critical thinking skills necessary for sound decision-making. The Governor emphasized the need for "modern and attractive" methods of delivery to ensure that vital safety messages resonate with the interests and digital-age needs of children and teenagers.

Mr. Ali Amini expressed his gratitude for the Governor’s steadfast support, reiterating the "Together" program’s commitment to its partnership with the Northern Governorate. He stressed that these upcoming initiatives are designed to foster positive social behavior, prevent addiction and violence, and instill a deep sense of social responsibility within the younger generation. By strengthening inter-departmental partnerships, both leaders aim to reach the widest possible demographic, ensuring a secure and informed future for Bahrain’s youth.
