Muharraq Nights Festival Continues with Family-Friendly Cultural Program
The fourth edition of the Muharraq Nights Festival is continuing with a full program that combines education and entertainment, running alongside Bahrain’s Festive Season 2025.
The historic streets and alleys of Muharraq have come alive with cultural activities along the Pearling Path, attracting families and visitors of all ages.
Special focus has been placed on children’s activities, with dedicated spaces for educational, artistic, and craft workshops, as well as interactive games, music, and entertainment. These activities aim to encourage creativity and learning through hands-on experiences.
Among the highlights are interactive storytelling experiences, adventure play areas, drawing and colouring sessions, and educational programs offered by various creative studios and libraries across the festival route. Open art spaces and creative zones supervised by experienced trainers are also available at several locations.
For families, the festival offers a wide range of food and tasting stations. Cafés and kiosks operate daily along the route, serving Bahraini and international cuisine from Bu Maher Fort to the Seefadi Complex. Several traditional houses also host unique dining experiences, offering modern takes on Bahraini dishes.
The festival program is supported by daily live music performances, art and craft activities, markets, tasting experiences, and family-friendly tours that allow visitors to explore historic houses linked to the Pearling Path.
Muharraq Nights Festival runs daily until December 30. Activities take place from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 5:00 pm until midnight from Thursday to Saturday.
Details of activities that require prior registration can be found through the festival’s daily program on the Pearling Path website and via the social media accounts of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities and the Pearling Path.
