Bahrain and Morocco Advance Judicial Cooperation

Bahrain’s Constitutional Court, represented by Vice President Counselor Hamid Habib Ahmed, received a high-level delegation from the Moroccan Public Prosecution Office in Manama.
Led by Counselor Zakaria Al-Aroussi, the visit aimed to strengthen existing judicial cooperation between the two sisterly kingdoms.
The Moroccan delegation was briefed on the Court’s jurisdiction, the procedures for registering constitutional cases, and its established judicial principles
