“Ta’ayush” Presents Book Highlighting King’s Efforts in Promoting Peace

H.E. Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture, welcomed Mr. Youssef Mohammed Bouzebon, President of the Bahrain Association for Tolerance and Coexistence of Religions (“Ta’ayush”), along with several members of the association’s board. During the meeting, the group presented the minister with a copy of their book, “In the Hospitality of the King of Peace”, which highlights the esteemed efforts of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in promoting dialogue, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence among different faiths.

During the discussion, the minister emphasized that, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the guidance of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Bahrain has established a global example of interfaith harmony. The kingdom’s initiatives focus on mutual respect, the culture of peace, and fostering dialogue among diverse religions and cultures, reflecting Bahrain’s civilizational and humanitarian values.

H.E. Eng. Al Mubarak praised the role of the “Ta’ayush” Association in promoting religious tolerance within Bahraini society and welcomed the publication of their book, which highlights Bahrain’s position as a hub of peace, tolerance, and cultural diversity on the international stage.

The meeting also included discussions on various topics and an overview of key programs and initiatives undertaken by the association to strengthen understanding and cooperation between different faiths and cultures, supporting national efforts to consolidate community peace.
