US Embassy Names New Deputy Chief of Mission in Bahrain

The U.S. Embassy in Manama has announced Elizabeth “Liz” Litchfield as its new Deputy Chief of Mission.
Litchfield is a seasoned Foreign Service Officer with extensive experience from her postings in France, Algeria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.
The embassy welcomed her warmly, highlighting that she will focus on strengthening the strategic partnership and friendship between the United States and Bahrain.
