Bahrain Welcomes Peace Declaration in Congo

The Kingdom of Bahrain has welcomed the signing of a Declaration of Principles between the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the March 23 Movement, mediated by the State of Qatar.
Bahrain described the agreement as an important step toward lasting peace, stability, and national reconciliation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Bahrain’s support for peaceful efforts to resolve conflicts in the Great Lakes region and across Africa, emphasizing the importance of dialogue in promoting security and sustainable development both regionally and internationally.
