His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday evening to attend the GCC-US Summit in Riyadh.

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa is leading Bahrain’s official delegation at the summit, which is being held at the invitation of HM King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Warm welcome

Upon arrival at Riyadh, HRH Prince Salman was welcomed by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Governor of Riyadh. Also present to greet the Crown Prince were His Excellency Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, Shaikh Ali bin Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, along with other senior officials.

The GCC-US Summit serves as an important platform for discussing cooperation between Gulf nations and the United States on a range of strategic issues, including regional stability, security, and economic development.

The presence of HRH Prince Salman reflects Bahrain’s continued commitment to regional dialogue and collaboration with its Gulf and international partners.
