Establishment's CR cancelled, owner blacklisted
Manama : The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism has canceled the Commercial Registration (CR) of a 'documents clearance establishment' for submitting forged documents through Sijilat e-system.
The Companies Control Directorate has blacklisted the establishment's owners and referred the case to the Public Prosecution after examinations have indicated that some of the documents attached with various applications provided by the establishment and its owner were misleading and false.
The Directorate took the required legal and administrative procedures, wrote off the establishment in the commercial registry and all CRs it obtained by submitting forged documents.
The ministry affirmed that its control authorities continuously review all applications submitted through Sijilat, and legal steps are always taken against proven violators to deter them.
