Qatar has strongly condemned the renewed attacks launched by Iran against its territory and the territories of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait, describing them as a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the targeted countries.

In a statement, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks constitute a clear breach of international law, the United Nations Charter and the principles of good neighbourliness, according to the Qatar News Agency (QNA).

The ministry warned that the continued attacks represent a dangerous escalation that could undermine political and diplomatic efforts aimed at reducing tensions and restoring regional security and stability. It held Iran fully responsible, legally and politically, for the attacks and their consequences.

Qatar also affirmed its right to respond in accordance with international law and Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, stating that it would take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity and citizens.

The ministry reiterated Qatar's full solidarity with neighbouring countries affected by the attacks and expressed support for all legitimate measures they take to safeguard their sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.

It also called for an immediate and complete halt to all military operations and attacks that threaten regional stability, urging all parties to avoid further escalation and return to dialogue, negotiations and commitments reached through diplomatic efforts.
