Media Advisor at Crown Prince’s Court Meets BJA Chairman

Isa bin Abdulrahman Al Hammadi, Advisor for Media Affairs at the Court of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received Isa Al Shaiji, Chairman of the Bahrain Journalists Association.

During the meeting, Al Hammadi praised the important role played by the association in advancing journalism, developing national talent, and enhancing media content to keep pace with ongoing changes and support national development.

He highlighted the role of national media in raising awareness and delivering accurate information, noting the continued support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in strengthening responsible journalism that upholds professional standards. He also commended the ongoing support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in reinforcing the role of the press.

Al Hammadi said national media serves as a reliable platform that presents facts, counters misinformation, and promotes awareness, while also supporting the efforts of military and security forces in safeguarding national achievements and unity.

He added that journalists play a key role in strengthening national identity and social cohesion, expressing appreciation for their commitment to upholding the Kingdom’s interests.

For his part, Al Shaiji expressed pride in the support provided to the media sector by His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, affirming the association’s commitment to further developing journalism and reinforcing its role in Bahrain’s comprehensive development.
