US and Israel Strike Iranian Oil Facilities

Tehran’s oil depots targeted overnight

The United States and Israel launched overnight airstrikes on five oil facilities in and near Tehran, an Iranian official confirmed. Keramat Veyskarami, CEO of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, told state TV that four oil depots and a petroleum products transport centre in Tehran and the Alborz region were damaged, though fires were quickly controlled.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards stated on Sunday that the country could sustain an intense war for six months against the US and Israel. Sri Lanka Releases Iranian Sailors After Warship Sinking

Survivors treated following IRIS Dena torpedo attack

Sri Lanka discharged 22 Iranian sailors from hospital after they were rescued from life rafts when their warship, IRIS Dena, was sunk by a US submarine near Sri Lankan waters. Ten sailors remain hospitalized, while 84 recovered bodies are being processed at Karapitiya Hospital in Galle.
