UAE Shoots Down 152 Missiles, 506 Drones

Abu Dhabi: The UAE Ministry of Defence announced that its Air and Air Defence Forces successfully intercepted dozens of missiles and drones during the second day of Iranian attacks.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), 20 ballistic missiles were destroyed, eight fell into the sea, two cruise missiles were neutralized, and 311 drones were shot down. However, 21 drones struck civilian targets.
Since the start of the Iranian assault on February 28, authorities reported 165 ballistic missiles launched toward the UAE, of which 152 were destroyed and 13 landed in the sea. Additionally, two cruise missiles were intercepted, and out of 541 Iranian drones detected, 506 were destroyed. Thirty-five drones entered UAE territory, causing material damage, three deaths, and 58 minor injuries.
The ministry also noted that fragments from intercepted missiles and drones caused minor to moderate damage to several civilian properties across different areas.
