UK police arrest King Charles' brother Andrew
BBC reported on Thursday that police had arrested Prince Andrew, the younger brother of King Charles III, on suspicion of misconduct in public office over his alleged links to Jeffrey Epstein.
Earlier reports in local newspapers stated that six unmarked police vehicles and around eight plain-clothed officers were seen arriving at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate in eastern England on Thursday morning.
Earlier this month, Thames Valley Police confirmed that officers were reviewing allegations that Prince Andrew had passed confidential government documents to Epstein. The allegations reportedly stem from files recently released by the U.S. government.
Prince Andrew, the second son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, has consistently denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein. He has previously expressed regret over his association with the disgraced financier but has not commented following the latest document release.
Thames Valley Police had no immediate further comment on the matter.
