Italian Mechanic Sets Guinness World Record for Narrowest Car

Bagnolo Cremasco: Italian mechanic Andrea Marazzi achieved a Guinness World Record for developing the world’s narrowest drivable car, turning a 1993 Fiat Panda into an extraordinarily slim, fully functional vehicle.
The modified car is 50.2 cm (19.76 inches) wide, making it thinner than many ordinary motorcycles. Marazzi drastically modified the Panda while keeping many of its original mechanical components.
The single-seat electric vehicle can be driven, steered, and braked normally, and it can travel in both directions. Its maximum speed is approximately 15 km/h.
The odd vehicle was officially measured and recognised by Guinness World Records on June 21, 2025. The project demonstrates how a standard compact automobile can be drastically altered while still being roadworthy.
