Child escapes fall from 7th floor in Saudi
A five-year-old Saudi boy escaped with light hand injuries after falling from the seventh floor in a hotel in the Gulf kingdom and landing on the fourth level.
The child was playing at the window in his seventh floor room at the hotel in the Western town of Medina when he lost his balance and fell down, Sabq newspaper said.
It said the boy landed on the edge of the balcony of the fourth floor and remained lying there until he was saved by the civil defence.
“He was taken to the hospital for treatment of a light injury in his hand…,” the paper said, quoting a civil defence spokesman.
