New Millennium School - Bahrain hosts Udaan 2025

To keep the spirit of multilingualism alive among the children, New Millennium School, Bahrain, hosted its annual Inter-School Hindi Oratory competitions – UDAAN, 2025 on 6th December, 2025.

Students from  all the CBSE schools in the Kingdom, gathered at a common platform to showcase their talents. The entire auditorium buzzed with excitement and zeal as the students show-cased their talent in Hindi Patriotic Song presentations. monologue contest, Humourous poetry recitation, and street play competition

Among the triumphant participants were, Aryan Ashwin of New Millennium School, who won the 1st prize in Hindi Patriotic Song Competition, Diya Arun, of New Horizon School bagging the 2nd place and Nihla Fathima of Ibn Al Hytham Islamic School securing the 3rd position.

Riddhima Lal   of Bahrain Indian School, emerged as the proud winner of the Hindi Ekal Abhinay (Monologue) Competition bagging the 1st position, followed by Manas Sharma of  New Millennium School and Pratyusha Dey of  The Indian School securing the 2nd and the 3rd positions respectively.

In the Selfcomposed Humourous Poetry Competition , Kinshuk Pancholi of The Indian School bagged the 1st position followed by Momin Maryam Sameen  of Ibn Al Hytham Islamic School  and Sayyad Yusuf of Bahrain Indian school emerging as the second and the third winners.

 The team from Bahrain Indian school clinched the winning title in the Hindi Street Play competition, followed by the team from Ibn Al Hytham Islamic  School bagging the second position  and the New Horizon school team placing themselves in the third position.

School Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai, Managing Director Mrs Geetha Pillai and Principal Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma, applauded the efforts put in by the Hindi Department  in successfully organizing the spectacular show in coordination with the Head Mistress (Activities & Administration). They also congratulated the proud winners and extended their wishes to the mentors and the parents.
