The Hero Dubai Desert Classic has announced Mina Seyahi Resorts as the Official Hotel Partner for the 2026 tournament, bringing together top-level golf and premium hospitality.
The partnership will see Destination Mina Seyahi host players, officials and guests during the championship, which will be held at Emirates Golf Club from 22 to 25 January 2026.
Destination Mina Seyahi includes three beachfront hotels: The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, and W Dubai – Mina Seyahi. Located close to the tournament venue, the resorts will provide accommodation for international visitors, players and VIP guests.
Organisers said the partnership supports the tournament’s growing global appeal, with a significant number of fans travelling from overseas each year. The event is widely regarded as the “Major of the Middle East” and is one of the most internationally attended tournaments on the DP World Tour.
Tournament Director Simon Corkill said the collaboration will ensure guests enjoy Dubai’s best hospitality during the 37th edition of the event. Mina Seyahi Resorts’ waterfront setting, dining options and lifestyle experiences were described as an ideal base for the tournament.
Mina Seyahi Resorts’ management said the partnership reflects its focus on creating memorable guest experiences, combining luxury stays with world-class sport.
The 2026 Hero Dubai Desert Classic is expected to feature a strong field, including defending champion Tyrrell Hatton, four-time winner Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland, Dustin Johnson and Shane Lowry.
Alongside the golf action, the tournament will also offer live entertainment, family activities and food experiences. Tournament Town will return in a larger format, while a new Eat Street zone will debut, featuring food trucks, seating areas and live viewing screens under Dubai’s winter sunshine.
