Dubai – Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios claimed a spectacular victory over WTA World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka at the Battle of the Sexes: The Dubai Showdown on Sunday night, thrilling a packed Coca-Cola Arena. Kyrgios won in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3, in a match that combined top-level tennis with high-energy entertainment.

After the match, Kyrgios received the winner’s trophy from Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, former UAE national tennis player and President of the UAE Padel Tennis Association, marking a memorable end to a landmark sporting event in Dubai.

The exhibition match showcased Kyrgios’ signature style and skill, as he produced several moments of brilliance, while Sabalenka pushed him in an intense and entertaining contest.
