Abu Dhabi to Welcome World’s First Standalone Radisson Residences

Royal Development Holding (RDH), a leading real estate developer and a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group, has announced a major new project in Abu Dhabi.

The company revealed plans for Radisson Residences Al Reem Island, a premium waterfront development that will be the first standalone Radisson Residences in the world. The project highlights Abu Dhabi’s growing status as a regional and global hub for branded residential developments.

Valued at AED 1.2 billion, the project is being developed in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group. It will feature three towers built on a shared podium, offering a wide range of homes including studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom townhouses, and four-bedroom townhouses.

Located on the peaceful waterfront of Al Reem Island, the development is around 20 minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi and overlooks the emirate’s iconic mangrove landscape. The design focuses on coastal living, combining modern architecture with nature-inspired elements.

The launch further strengthens Royal Development Holding’s position in the fast-growing branded residences sector, as demand continues to rise for high-quality, lifestyle-focused homes in the UAE.
