India trounce Sri Lanka to clinch T20 series
Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin starred as India trounced Sri Lanka by nine wickets to win the third T20 international and clinch the series 2-1 in Visakhapatnam on Sunday.
Electing to bowl, Ashwin (4-8) managed his best bowling figures in T20 cricket to skittle out the visitors for a paltry 82 in 18 overs -- Sri Lanka's lowest score in the shortest format.
India then cantered home in 13.5 overs to retain their top T20 ranking ahead of the Asia Cup and the World T20.
