Shaikh Saif Claims Second Place at IAME Round Eight in Abu Dhabi

Bahrain’s emerging karting talent Shaikh Saif bin Hassan Al Khalifa secured a strong second-place finish at Round Eight of the IAME Series, held at the Al Forsan Kart Track, following a weekend marked by skillful racecraft and consistent pace.

Competing for Xcel Motorsport, Shaikh Saif produced a composed drive under pressure, delivering well-timed overtakes and maintaining steady lap times to collect valuable championship points. The result moves him up to second overall in the championship standings, with two rounds remaining in the season.

The podium finish also highlighted the continued progress of the Xcel Motorsport team, whose preparation and technical support have played a key role in Saif’s development throughout the campaign.

Speaking after the race, Shaikh Saif credited his team’s guidance for the result. He said their focus on performance improvement and preparation has helped him deliver consistently on track.
