FEI Prez gets a warm welcome

Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, BOC President and Honorary President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa received the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI) President Ingmar De Vos yesterday, in the presence of the BREEF President HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, FEI Deputy President and Seventh Arabian Group President Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and members of BREEF.

Shaikh Nasser welcomed the FEI President and appreciated his efforts to develop equestrian sports globally and strengthening cooperation between the international federation and Bahrain, adding that BREEF is keen on cooperating and coordinating with FEI on all levels.

Shaikh Nasser highlighted efforts of BREEF in developing equestrian and endurance sports by following effective strategies that placed Bahrain prominently on the international map.

The FEI President expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Shaikh Nasser for the advancement of equestrian and endurance sports in Bahrain by its recent international achievements lately.

De Vos later witnessed part of a training session by members of the BREEF team.
