Royal Celebration at Al-Sakhir Palace Marks Bahrain’s National Day Festivities

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, received a written message from his brother, His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The message included an invitation for His Majesty to attend Riyadh Expo 2030, which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia.

The message was delivered to His Majesty by His Excellency Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Bahrain, during an audience held today at Al-Sakhir Palace.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with their best wishes for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people for continued progress and prosperity under His Majesty’s wise leadership. His Majesty, in turn, asked the ambassador to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, expressing his sincere wishes for Saudi Arabia and its people for further prosperity and development.

His Majesty expressed his thanks and appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia for the gracious invitation, praising the deep-rooted fraternal and historic relations between the two kingdoms. He highlighted the close cooperation and continuous coordination at all levels in a manner that serves the interests and development of both brotherly peoples.

His Majesty also extended his best wishes to Saudi Arabia for success in organizing and hosting Expo 2030, noting that the event represents a vital global platform to showcase achievements and cultures, enhance international cooperation, exchange experiences and ideas, and present leading innovations.

For his part, Ambassador Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi expressed his profound gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty the King for his continued keenness to strengthen the fraternal ties and longstanding historical relations that unite the two kingdoms and their peoples.
