BisB wins “Best Digital Banking Initiative”

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) said it has won the “Best Digital Banking Initiative” at the MENA Banking Excellence Awards ceremony 2023.
Yaser Alsharifi, Chief Executive Officer of BisB attended the ceremony in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, organized by the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED).
This award sheds light on BisB’s achievements throughout its digitization journey, including the establishment of the Bank’s ‘Innovation Lab’ which offers various new technologies dedicated to testing new products before they are launched in the market.
Commenting on the occasion Yaser Alsharifi, Chief Executive Officer of BisB, said: ‘We are proud to have won this prestigious award from the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED), which stands as a testament to our efforts to simplify banking transactions for both our retail and corporate customers.”
