Now, KitKat asks for a YouTube break

New Delhi

KitKat is taking a break its well known name, and is introducing a new wrapper which will read " YouTube Break."

After Google named its Android 4.4 OS update KitKat September 2013, as a result of a deal between Nestle and internet giant Google, there will now be limited run of 600,000 KitKat wrappers branded with the new name.

Chief executive of Nestle UK and Ireland Dame Fiona Kendrick said that the redesign marks the chocolate bar's 80th anniversary and YouTube's 10th.

David Black, MD Branding and Consumer Markets for Google UK added that "with half of YouTube views now on mobile devices, the 'YouTube my break' is a fun way for more people to interact on the channel and enjoy the best videos available."

Nestle confirmed over 100 million specially designed packs, featuring 72 different types of "breaks" will be produced, across the four-finger, two-finger choco bars, which will also have hashtag #MyBreak moulded into them.
