Kuwait Finance House (KFH) – Bahrain recently hosted a special event to celebrate Bahraini Women’s Day and acknowledge the pivotal role of women within the bank and the wider community.
The celebration coincided with the successful conclusion of KFH’s “Women Leadership Development Programme,” an initiative designed to enhance the skills and career pathways of its female employees.
Dr. Shadi Zahran, Group CEO, expressed deep appreciation for the exceptional performance and meaningful contributions of the bank’s female professionals, noting that empowering women is essential to KFH’s ongoing progress.
Ms. Dana Bukhammas, Group Head of HR, Transformation and Development, highlighted that supporting women is a core element of the bank’s ethos.
