BCFC Reports BD 1.20 Million Net Profit in the First Half of 2026
Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company BSC (trading code: BCFC) announced its financial results for the three months period ended 30 June 2026 and for the six months period ended 30 June 2026.
Three months period ended 30 June 2026
The Group reported a net profit of BD 1.09 million, 3% lower than BD 1.12 million during the same period last year. The basic and diluted earnings per share amounted to a profit of 5 Fils, compared to 6 Fils for the same period last year.
The Group registered a total comprehensive income of BD 1.11 million, 14% higher than BD 0.97 million for the same period last year.
Six months period ended 30 June 2026
During the six months period ended 30 June 2026, the Group achieved a net profit of BD 1.20 million, 47% lower than BD 2.25 million for the same period last year. Mainly due to 30% higher provisions and credit losses charged during the period of BD 1.22 million, compared to BD 0.94 million for the same period last year, and 6% lower operating income of BD 9.92 million, compared to BD 10.51 million for the same period last year. This resulted in a basic and diluted earnings per share amounting to a profit of 6 Fils compared to 11 Fils for the same period last year.
The Group registered a total comprehensive income of BD 1.25 million, 31% lower than BD 1.82 million for the same period last year.
Total equity stands at BD 105.07 million as of 30 June 2026, 2% lower than 31 December 2025 of BD 107.26 million. The Group's total assets as of 30 June 2026 stand at BD 217.56 million, 0.5% higher than 31 December 2025 of BD 216.40 million. The Group's total liabilities reached BD 112.49 million as of 30 June 2026, 3% higher than 31 December 2025 of BD 109.14 million.
