University of Strathclyde Bahrain proudly celebrates the achievement of its students at the 2025–2026 TradeQuest Program, where the university team won the “Best Cash Utilization at the US Market” award in recognition of their exceptional strategic thinking, financial management, and investment decision-making skills.

The TradeQuest program organised by the Bahrain Bourse, a licensed exchange by the Central Bank of Bahrain, is one of Bahrain’s leading educational investment simulation programmes, designed to enhance students’ understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and portfolio management through real-world market simulations and competitive challenges.

The award highlights the students’ ability to effectively manage and optimise financial resources within the US market simulation, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities, teamwork, and strategic planning under competitive conditions.

Commenting on the achievement, Professor Scott MacGregor, President of the University of Strathclyde Bahrain, said: “We are incredibly proud of our students for this outstanding accomplishment in the TradeQuest Programme. Winning the ‘Best Cash Utilization at the US Market’ award reflects the talent, dedication, and professionalism of our students, as well as the university’s commitment to delivering a world-class educational experience that combines academic excellence with practical and industry-relevant learning.”

Professor MacGregor added that participation in competitions such as TradeQuest provides students with valuable opportunities to develop critical skills in leadership, financial analysis, teamwork, and decision-making, preparing them to excel in today’s global business environment.

The University of Strathclyde Bahrain continues to encourage students to engage in national and international competitions that strengthen their academic experience and support their personal and professional growth.
