Record turnout at Bahrain Farmers’ Market

The Bahraini farmers' market experienced a significant turnout of visitors from Bahrain and abroad yesterday, who described it as a "wonderful experience."
Thirty-two farmers, four agricultural companies, five nurseries, four apiaries, four activities specialized in dates, and 20 productive families are participating in the market that celebrates its 10th anniversary with the slogan "Our Harvest is Bahraini."
Besides grownups, the children’s corner in the market also turned out to be extremely successful, with it already attracting over 15,000 kids, since its launch on the 10th of December 2022.
Abdul Razzaq and his wife Milotta were among the many visitors at the market yesterday.
They had a great time purchasing fresh agricultural products directly from farmers and expressed their desire to visit again to buy fresh vegetables at reasonable prices.
“We would like to visit the market again to purchase fresh vegetables that are sold at reasonable prices.”
Senji Bajaj noted an increase in the number of farmers and local vegetables and agricultural products offered in the market, which are known for their quality and reasonable prices.
His wife, Angina, also emphasized her eagerness to purchase Bahraini agricultural products known for their quality and distinctive taste.
Alexis, who visits the market with his wife, expressed that the market offers a truly wonderful experience, as the visitor could enjoy shopping and buying fresh agricultural products in a beautiful atmosphere in the botanical garden.
