HM King restructures Health Ministry

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday issued Royal Decree 26/2021, restructuring the Ministry of Health, as follows: The Health Minister shall oversee the Directorate of Communication.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health shall oversee the Assistant Undersecretary for Public Health, who is responsible for the Directorate of Public Health; Directorate of Health Promotion; Assistant Undersecretary for Psychiatry and Special Care for the Elderly; and Directorate of Human Resources Royal Decree 67/2017 on restructuring the Ministry of Health was abrogated.

The Minister of Health shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.

HM, the King yesterday issued Royal Decree 27/2021, appointing Redha Mohammed Hassan Al Adraj as Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Projects at the Ministry of Housing.

The Housing Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.

His Majesty issued Royal Decree 28/2021, appointing Eman Ahmed Al Dossari as Undersecretary at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

The Royal Decree also stipulates the appointment Khalid Fahad Al Alawi as Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Development, and Nibras Mohammed Ali Talib as Assistant Undersecretary for Commercial Registration and Companies at the same ministry.

Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.

His Majesty issued Royal Decree 29/2021, appointing Fatima Jaffar Mansoor Al-Sairafi as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) The Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.

HM, the King issued Royal Decree 30/2021, appointing two deputy chief executive officers at the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR). Under the decree, Yussif Adel Mattar was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive for Policies and Planning, and Noor Hafedh Ibrahim as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Tax Operations at the National Bureau for Revenue.

Finance and National Economy Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree which takes immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
