Ritz-Carlton organizes its 8th Aquathlon
The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain opened itsthe new season with its most successful sports race - the 8th Aquathlon, in partnership with Euro Motors. This time the event will be held in conjunction of Discover America Week organized by the American Embassy Bahrain.
The race will start at the Croquet Lawn of the hotel with a 1 km swim in the lagoon, followed by a 6 km run around the property.
American Ambassador, William V. Roebuck will be the guest of honor. The Deputy Ambassador, Timothy Pounds, accompanied by other Embassy representatives will all participate in the Aquathlon as part of Discover America Week, which is an event that highlights American business and culture across the GCC.
Around 150 sports enthusiasts are expected to take part, including hotel guests, sports club members and passionate racers, who can compete as individuals or teams. After the friendly competition, the participants can enjoy a healthy buffet followed by the award winning ceremony.
